This basketball fundraising event is aimed at raising funds for a mental Health Awareness in the Black and Brown Communities Eradicating the Stigma and Generational Behavioral Patterns. The tournament will bring together teams of passionate basketball enthusiasts for a competitive yet fun-filled day of games.

"Painting Your Trauma On A Canvas" is a therapeutic art workshop designed to help individuals express and process their experiences through creative expression. Participants are encouraged to bring personal items or symbols that represent their trauma, which they can incorporate into their artwork. The session begins with a guided meditation to promote mindfulness and emotional grounding. Following this, participants will be provided with various painting materials and techniques to create their pieces. Facilitators will be available to support and encourage sharing of emotions and stories throughout the process.
